M.i.x.e.d F.e.e.l.i.n.g.s

2 weeks ago, life was great.
Slacking, rotting..piece of cake.
Now 1 more day before i leave,
Should i go with a smile and feast?

Somehow feelings are kinda mixed.
Miss the peeps whom i have met.
Life goes on, that i know.
People come in people go.

So here i sit, writing this shit.
Just trying to waste the time of u silly peeps!!

teeheeeeheeee....that was fun!!

But on a serious note, attachment is really over. (considered over already la~)
What scares me the most is the coming 7 weeks..and what happens after.

Anyway, result of poll regarding whether i should get a watch is out.

Results: A whooping 70% says yes..get one.

My conclusion: Might just go get one later. Decided shall try buying a cheapo
pasar malam type first..den see if im just gonna chuck it one corner or wear it religiously.

nice smile

Did some volunteer work today. Went to bugis to collect donations.

Conclusion: Many Singaporeans have nice smiles. (Yup. *knods head*)

Here's the typical reaction of 35% of the people i met today..

me: Hi (inserts kind smile here), would u like to make a donation?

Mr Scrooge: *smiles a damn pleasant smile* *with a slight shake of head* ...continues to walk away

me: thank yoU.. (added tt just for sarcasm)

Nonetheless, the remainding 65% were good people. Sort of made my day worth it.

Anyway am feeling so drop-dead tired now..but cos waiting for someone so decided to come up with an entry.

Back to work tmr....LAsT 5 days of attachment!!! mixed feelings.....

NP Polympics 2005

After a day of
1)madness (had 2 prepare for 4 lab lessons)

2)heatstroke (due to long hours at the greenhouse)

3)suay-ness (cos i 4got 2 bring my ezlink card & locker key until ive walked
all the way to the train stat..had to walk aLLLL the way back!!ended up for
work freaking late)

Finally fitter to blog again..soooo while checking my mail, i saw something

With the memorial service jus over abt half an hr ago, i now plead for volunteers
who are willing to spare a portion of their time for a donation drive that is
organised by the YEPA (Youth Expedition Programme Alumni).

Even though there are many such collections being carried out at the moment,

wat to do???

Recently...im constantly being troubled with a question. What am i to do after i graduate???
Work? Study? study WHERE???study WHAT????? arghhhh.....the endless questions!

Ya know,in times like this..i wish i were a guy. At least i would have tt 2years to tink abt wat to do. And if things get bad(study-wise), i can always sign on the army!! *tough is tough la..but think abt the amt of ka-chingggg u'll get wen yr contract is over!*

Which brings me back to the question again..im NOT a guy, so that's NOT an OPTION. n no,im not tt crazy to go join the army as a GIRL! the inconvenience~! urrghh

So wad am i to do?

Digressing for a bit... Went for this MusikArt thingy earlier on..managed to catch only 1 band perform n tt was none other than SOUL'D OUT!!!!!!!!! wooohooo~!!!! they're only but the BEST BAND IN SPORE!!!

So anyway, as usual they were darn darn darn good!! Sort of pleasing to hear them again after like sooo many months. I dunno..it's like a feeling of returning back to
ur pri sch..hahaha..
while listening..i realised they each were soooooo pro in wad they played!

take ashraf(tallest in pix) for example, he plays the guitar machiam pro la <---as much as he doesnt want to admit
den reuel(guy on right holding Root Beer bottle)...wen u see his fingers work their way on his bass guitar, u wonder if they are actualli fingers anot!
saxophonist gerald(next to ashraf) is another act-shy-but-damn-pro person! hear him play..knees can go weak!
matt(singer not in pix) is FABULOUS!! the band's X-factor..seeing her groove to the music just makes u wanna get on ur feet too~

[all those praising still has NOTHING to do with the fact that they still might be reading this..lalalaaa]

hhmmm...digressing toooooo much...so main point is...though i didnt mention everyone in tt band(they have SEVEN freaking ppl!!! wonder how they even coordinate sia) ,they all are good in wat they do. which leaves me to this question: What am I good at?

Nothing.

You know what? i tink i shld just go commit some fake robbery and then get thrown into jail. Good wat rite...Free food...Free shelter..No worries abt water bills and all..Dun even need to bother abt what retrenchment! hmmphh, there....

outdated post

After last entry, meant to blog abt Rondeau XIX (which was a blast) and new year resolutions. But as u can see..due to some family reasons...was unable to do so
until 2day.

Resolutions for this year are pretty simple. Well, not cos i cant keep to them. I managed to keep to most of my last year's ones okie. Abt 70% ?? heheh..

Anyway..this year for 2005..i have just 3!

1) Good health --yup..gonna eat those vitamins pills as if sweets n fruits too~!!

2) Happiness --Gonna make sure i dun get affected by ppl soo easily. Im
gonna ensure that everyday is a happy day!! :)

3) Love --Im gonna spread love to everybody around me. Aiming to be
the most caring n loving person of the year!!

There you go...my only 3 resolutions for 2005. Let's see how close i can stay by it.

Realised why make those elaborate kinda resolutions if by the end of the year u realise none has been fulfilled!??! Thus my simple 3 as stated. Actualli they're
more like 3 wishes i want for the year. But anyhow....

Moving on...Rondeau XIX!! [for those who dun understand Roman..hehhe...
those X+I+X = 19 ]
yup..Rondeau 19 was cool..As a player, that concert has to be rated one of my
top 3!! for one, VCH is a good hall to play in. I would say it's a brass-friendly hall..Love it~

THough filled with suay-ness the WHOLE time b4 the concert..things still turned
out good during the show! pHeW~ one thing most wun know was tt just 2 days
b4 the concert...my instrument had a problem.[shallnt go into details cos dun see
the need to].. luckily it was rescued less than 12hrs b4 showtime!!!

tts the BEST section in npcb--Dun plAy pLay ah~!!

TROMBONE sect. RuLeZZ!!!!!! wooohOOOOO~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
