Rant on Lousy Management 😡

Fighting soooo hard internally not to put onto fb something that I will regret doing.


Actually I’m not afraid of the consequences of that action. Just that I don’t want to go through the hassle of the potential confrontation that may happen as a result of the action.


And so I have to tahan this strong urge to post up something sarcastic indicating my disappointment towards his management skills of late... 


Arghhh this feeling is torturous! 


  • Weekly Monday and once a month district meeting degrade until don’t need to wear tie
  • Give brand new agents a say on changing the culture that u were soooo strict on in the past... aka coming in at 10am every day...
  • Calling they don’t even start at 1pm on Saturdays anymore.. dunno is they come in late or u told them to start later... if it’s the latter, then wtf?!?! Why need to start later than 1pm on Saturdays esp when they’re calling nsf!!! 😡
  • Dunno what u busy with all the time... keep want to do collaboration here and there but don’t follow through.. say we agents don’t follow up properly; errrm excuse me, u also lor...waste time only 🙄
  • Today final sprint, can actually inform us to leave earlier if we want?!?! Then go together and sit together for what... hah, maybe next round don’t even need to sit together la! 
  • Hold meeting, u talk more than others... makes sense? In fact anything also u want to talk more la... talk don’t listen considered meeting? Hate it when ppl talk, u do your own shit or msg....

Worse still, u can still send msg in district comm during a meeting just because ure not the one talking. Don’t u think everyone’s Hp will ring and ppl will check it out aka lose concentration to what the person who is talking is sharing? 🤦🏼‍♀️ aka NO MANNERS!


Actually plenty more la... but at 11.40pm, I decided cannot la.. carry on writing I will either blood pressure go up (but got take meds so shldnt! Haha) if not nightmare abt you tonight.. which I rather not too!


Seriously very very disappointed after working together for so many years.... getting worse as time goes by...

don’t come look at others then don’t improve even just a little in your own area
