Baby Update 3

28th march:

Hey baby, u're at wk9 today!! The size of a grape! Haha.. Funny imagining u tt tiny.. Because I've seen v v tiny grapes before.. But app says tt u'll be abt 3cm..
Think u're still small la.. Cos mummy hasn't become much fatter yet (I insist I'm still the same nw! Haha)..
But can feel pants getting abit tighter le.. Think u'll be making me debut a bump pretty soon..
Anyway we're pretty excited to see u on the 8th.. Soon sooooon... :)

8th April:
We saw you today beepbop.. Barely... U refused to get into a nice position for dr choo to take a pix.. So the pix was pretty weird..
Till the nxt visit...

10th April:
I'm 30 today... This year will be v special for me... Starting a new chapter in life-- 3. 0
N very soon, u'll be the new addition... For now, mummy n daddy are gonna enjoy coupledom n 'freedom' as much as possible until u arrive...
Then we'll be all yours! But pls don't be a diva or act tai zhi on us ok...
Pls be a gd n v peace loving n easy to take care baby...

18th April:
Today baby, u're the size of a plum! U shld be ard 5.1cm when we see u at the doc on 21st...
Hope all the test on you will turn out negative and that you're just a very healthy baby, growing v v well! :)

21st April:
Beepbop ah beepbop.... Either the doc is nt very good or u're very naughty....
Doc scanned n u kept moving.. Said u weren't lying properly so cldnt get a v gd pix.. N we DID see u keep moving..
U dancing in there ah?

Saw yr tiny hands and sharp nose bridge! Amazing feeling...
The idea of you growing day by day in my womb is still so fascinating.. Hasn't really sunk in yet..

Cos for now I can't think of anything besides feeling so unwell at many times of the day, or hurting/aching somewhere...
Hahah...

Anyway last few days I was having a headache.. So ytd I went to a GP to take mc and get panadol thn he said "u pregnant.. I usually won't recommend u to take any if u can tolerate. After all it's you who's having the headache nt the baby"

Thn just nw in the scan, u had 1 hand on yr head.. Hahah... So funny! U trying to tell me u also got headache ah?
Or mocking at me for saying i got headache! 
Funny u little one......

Nxt visit is in 4wks... Will be quite a long wait to see u again.... Meanwhile pls bless both yr parents with good luck in our careers ok!
We need it so tt when u're out, we can give u the best of everything n our full attention cos our targets are cleared!!!

Hormones madness

Oh goodness... These few days have been getting rough..
I'm nt sure if it's the messed up hormones or what... But on top of feeling suddenly super nauseous, I now get light-headed at times.. App says this is due to the extra blood flow or circulation..

Whatever it is, I'm feeling so awful and so often!

Worse still, I think the hormones are now creating a mess of the emotions part of things too!

Just got out of the toilet thinking 'I'm sick of feeling sick.. I'm tired of feeling tired too!!!!'
N then the major urge to ball my eyes out...

The 'adult' in me is telling me to get my act together n nt indulge in this hormones-created-madness... But somehow I think snuggling in the arms of the hubs n giving a gd cry will be a nice outlet..
But think I'll scare the hubs! Haha...

I know I'm not experiencing the worst of the spectrum.. But it just still feels so crappy u know.... Arghhh....

Why does it have to be so tough....

Baby Update

9th march 2015 (mon):
Did a pee test first thing in the morn upon urging frm ting.. At this point been feeling nausea for abt 3-5days..
Lo & behold, the test came up with 2 lines.. Was in shock..
Funny thing is right after peeing, I decided nt to watch the lines appear like the first time.. So after washing up, saw the kit n gt a shock.. Hahah...

So anyway immediately text wp.. At this point he just left hm to go work.. So when he saw the text, I saw him 'typing' but haven send I gt impatient.. Haha.. So called him instead..

Was so funny.. We were both in shock.. Giggling in silly 'highness'...

Thn at night went to the GP to get mc for missing work tt day.. Shun bian do another test.. Positive again.. :)


10th march:
Called mel's gynae clinic.. Set an appt for nxt wed, 18th... V excited for it actually.. Wanna know exactly how many weeks am I now!

11th march:
Who in the world came up with the term 'morning sickness'?!?!!! You liar!!! It doesn't happen ONLY in the morning yo!
This evening's episode is bad!! B.A.D!!!!

17th march:
Baby ah baby.... I'm very excited to hear what the gynae says tmr.. Hopefully can see a scan of u too!
N today's nausea has been a bitch!
Arghh... Can't wait till this feeling is gone!

18th march:
We saw you today!! We also heard yr strong heart beats for the 1st time! ^_^
Beep bob beep bob beep bob.... U almost made me wanna cry..
Almost.. Cos I was mainly in shock actually.. Haha...
U're Week 7 now.. The size of a blueberry! 1.29cm... Still amazed to have u growing in me.. Be strong ok baby! Grow healthy..
I will do all I can to give u the right nutrients..
See u again in 3wks time! By then u'll be 10wks young.. :)
