1st hospitalisation experience

29th May 2014... Makes the last day of the hospitalisation leave! :(

I wanted to say bitter sweet... But honestly, it's more bitter than sweet...

Let's start with the admission date on 16/5/14 (fri)..
Actually the whole 'issue' started waaaay before tt..
Was having my period for an extended period of time.. Almost 6wks plus..
The pushing point was when I started vomitting n had all those occasions of headache... Tt lasted I think for abt one week plus.. Till I cldnt take it anymore..

Thn to prevent the same nonsense tt I had to go thrgh at cgh the other time, we decided to go to a private hosp this time-- mt alvernia..

Actually frankly upon reaching the hosp, I felt way better than how my tummy is feeling nw..

Thn took a blood test and found out tt all the different components in the blood were waaaay lower than what they were supposed to be..

So A&E doc said need to be hospitalised n do a blood transfusion.. But turns out, mt A doesn't have a bed space..
So they transferred us to raffles!

Thn in a blurry of events, was admitted into raffles.. The doc n nurses were worried tt I'll faint.. So even the toilet visit were accompanied..

Then on sat, I started the blood transfusion.. Did a total of 3 packets of blood..

Sun was basically do-nothing day.. Doc say need let the blood do it's job.. I think tt was basically the best day! Hahah...
Served upon.. With 5 meals.. Yummy I must add! Aircon room... Whole day nua n watch tv..

Thn mon morn, doc did a procedure to sort of clean the inner walls of the uterus..

Ohh Ohh!!! I tell u!! The IV drip which is a type of GA is damn cool sia!!! They injected something into the needle thing they have on my left hand..

Said I'll be knocking out soon... N to breathe deeply frm this oxygen mask they put on my nose..

I tell u.. The feeling.. Damn cool.. Like 1 moment u knw what's happening.. N the nxt u're out cold!

I totally understand what they meant by knock out cold! Really really dunno what happen u knw! N the part right before u drift off... V amazingly weird feeling tt I dunno what word to use to describe tt...

Now as I type this, I wonder if tts how one feels right before dying... Like right upon the last breath...
Hmmmm....

Anyway thn doc actually said can discharged on tt day itself.. But I was feeling super drowsy. So decided to stay 1 more day till tues...

So thereafter it's been mc till now... Cockup thing was my period came again on the 23rd.. But thankfully nw stop le..

Weirdly, the feeling of vomiting still happening here n there... Like NOW!!!

Oh well, this was a pretty interesting 1st experience of being hospitalised..

In fact I'll say the best break I've had in 8years!!!! Almost sad to see it over.. Like I shld have appreciated it more somehow...

If bb wasn't in the same industry, i wld have sure gone overseas or something already! Hahah...

Almost 2weeks.. Of cos nt all was spent in the best of health la.. So mostly the first part was honest resting..

Oh well, it's back to work tmr.. Part of me knows I've missed out alot n need to catch up my production like mad! I'm like almost off the board in terms of production le! Fuck...

Everyone like 20k++ n I'm nt even at 15k! Really a bummer..
Time to work v v hard again I guess....
