Back in the bedroom!

For the first time in soooooo many days, Don finally allowed us to sleep in the bedroom instead of the living room!!

Last night he only woke up for his milk twice. Ard 4+am, he cried for no reason but cldnt be pacified after some shaking around.. Think perhaps a bad dream or something.

But all was good! Till he woke up too early for a Sunday @ 7+am! -_-

It's STILL better than having to sleep on the sofa! So it's fine.. Hoping that it'll be a smooth night today too!

We had a busy day-- going for a house warming then supporting daddy for his vball game..

So hope all the activities and action has made him super tired... Tried to extend his bedtime and now at 8.35pm, KO! 😁

Time for me to quickly pack up my stuff and go sleep too...only God knows what installed for me tonight! Haha....

Are meds really that good?

Poor boy is still unwell... He's been on meds since fri..

Initially he will naively open his mouth when he sees the syringe.. And will guai guai turn his head back to the syringe and open his mouth again even though he don't like the taste..

But slowly I think he knows this is not food that he don't like... :(

Now meds time is like a mini war.. And when we keep saying "you need to take this... It's for your own good... It'll make you better.."

Deep down I wonder if it's really for his own good.. We all know the side effects of medicines... And at such a tender age of 11months, imagine the impact of the chemicals on his young liver!

V concerned about it... I know it's part of life to get ill from time to time. But so painful when it's your poor baby who's not feeling that good and u can really tell that he's suffering from the cries..

It's so different from his normal naughty cry.. Or milk cry.. This is the "I-cant-breathe-properly-cos-my-nose-is-v-blocked" type of cry!

Hope this whole episode passes quick! I know by this time next week, all this suffering would be history. And so, I hope it just zooms by! Need my sleep back..

Don's sick! N it's B.A.D

The baby boy is down with such a phlegmy cough and blocked nose...

So bad that he'll cry when he coughs.. Think it's hurting him somehow. Either that or he's super uncomfortable...

Oh man, I'm gonna cut this short because he's finally sleeping now.. 12mn!! I'm gonna catch as much sleep before he wakes up again when his nose irritates him... :/

Oh God... Please help Don Don recover faster! Hub's n my back can't take the carrying anymore le!!! Oh God, please help....

1st trip with baby

This was meant to be posted ytd on the 5th.. But it was one thing after the next...

So totally no chance until now, lying in the bed early in the morning.. Refusing to move cos the aircon is sooooo shiok!

Well, as the title states...... FIRST trip with Don Don!!! Though we're not at some exotic location or on a super long trip, this 3d2n to batam with bro & his family is sure an experience!

Cos this is the 1st we've travelled with them too!!! 😊

Pretty challenging I must say! Total of 5kids! The 3 are usually soooo active and extreme.. They have their good moments too though...

Digressing a little.... This baby Don ah, really seems to love the aircon! Hahha.. Happily snoozing away! Ohh, and this is the 1st time tt he slept sttn! Didn't even wake up for a feed or to change his diapers! Hahha... Think he too shagged out by ytd's activities!

So blur.. Must remember to go take another today! The full brood!

In his new pjs that was gifted but cldnt be worn in spore cos we don't sleep in aircon.... So it's perfect here!!! He's outgrowing it fast though!
