~very much in pain

I feel as if im dying from some kind of terminal disease!! My back has been hurting for abt 1 week now..and today is the WORSE of all!!! i cant sit..i cant stand..it's getting sooo painful and i dun even know why!!dun know how it all started..dun know wen it'll end! the worse thing is..sometimes it hurts sooo bad n for sooo long until i wish i could break it..sort of like a toothache or a migrain..but it's on the lower back!!arghhh...makes me kinda restless n have no interest to do anything!damn..why suddenly like this?!??!?!
