actually have not much to say..didnt manage to get to band..somehow i managed to get sick halfway through PQS..realised my immunity system like damn horrible sia...tink apples dun work...mus eat more of other fruits from now on...thanks to the nutritional education from jo,ash n sunil!!haha...u know,every once in a while wen i get sick...den i realli appreciate good health..something most ppl dun even bother until it gets too late..ermm...okie la..dun tink i wanna type anymore..update another time la...
