List of food to eat after giving birth/confinement

- SASHIMI!!!! (My 1st love that is top of the no-no food list for preg women... Imagine the sadness of the 9mths)

-chicken rice (weirdly tt came to mind.. Cos the taste of it now just feels.. N I WANT the Mackenzie one! *slurps* )

- a good slab of steak!!! MEDIUM RARE pls! (Yet another food love that the preggy hormones/taste buds decided to boycott... Really hope it still doesn't taste bad to me after baby is out!!)

- ice-cream (all thks to the stupid GD)

- cakes (all the cakes I can eat!! Yummy fattening chocolate ones too! Don't care le.... Stupid stupid GD)

- traditional breakfast set! With the half boiled eggs and roti and sugar filled Teh or kopi!!

- salted egg crab!!! Sudden craving for that cos recently keep seeing pictures of crab.. N it's nt tt I can't eat them now.. Just tt at this point, rather not form any random allergies to create unnecessary trouble!



Post note: it's now 7wks postpartum.. Just found out quite a few things still cannot eat cos of breastfeeding!!!! Major bum!
Like eggs for example..
Ytd bought my fav HL milk, and somehow baby is appearing fussy.. Googled and they said tt diary shld be something to avoid.. Wth.. Even now milk also cannot..
Dun even need to say sashimi la..

Oh ohh!! But ice cream craving settled le! 😁 and chicken rice too!!

Wonder when can take crabs! Hahha...
